With 10 taps, different styles of cider, the tastiest bar food, an open and cozy atmosphere and an active program with tastings and events, we offer a unique experience. WHO

Are we?

It started in 2009 when Wouter started with CiderCider out of love for the unknown cider. The import of ciders and the webshop soon expanded with the store and ciderbar in the Fenix Food Factory in 2014. Marcus joined in 2019 as a cider maker and is responsible for our own brand Lightship cider. We make our cider from residual fruit, but also from special varieties of apples and pears from traditional high stem orchards. Our dream of being able to take people into discovering the world of cider has come true with the arrival of the Cider Bar!

Is Cider?

You can think of Cider as wine made from apples and pears. You will probably know Cider from a certain area, but there are so many styles, makers, flavors and methods.There are not many drinks as unknown and yet as diverse as cider. At De Ciderbar and CiderCider we focus on quality ciders from all over the world. In addition to the traditional ciders, there are also more and more special, modern interpretations. From ‘easy drinking’ to outspoken and complex, we are proud of our beautiful range!

Menu

In addition to cider, our drinks menu also includes beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and soda. Our menu consists of a variety of high quality bar food, tasty dishes to share. With particular attention to vega(n) dishes. We will also organize theme specials and we will have nice guest chefs visiting. Keep an eye on our socials for this!

Events

The nice thing about cider is that each region has its own culture and taste, which is the perfect stepping stone for themed drinks, events and tastings. Keep an eye out on our website & socials for fun cider and Calvados tastings, tap take overs from other cidermakers, guest chefs, BBQs, mussel & herring parties. We also have a separate room / area that can be rented for drinks and parties. Contact us for more information.
